This role combines daily interaction with youth and behind-the-scenes support for program operations, including assistance with family services, academic and college readiness, and routine communications.

  • Assist with end-of-day routines like tidying dressing rooms and the Education Center, organizing materials, and making sure students leave safely.
  • Help connect students with academic, college, and career resources by guiding them to the right support staff or materials.
  • Monitor supplies used by students and let the team know when something needs to be replenished.
  • Be ready and flexible to assist with walk-in tutoring, help at the front desk, or support in other areas when needed.
  • Take the initiative to organize, prep materials, follow up with students, or support teammates during quieter moments.
  • Help pass along reminders and updates to families in coordination with the Academic and Family Services teams.
  • Support student supervision and logistics during field trips, workshops, and performances, showing flexibility and leadership in the moment.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, education, humanities, or related fields preferred.
  • Two-year associate degree in social sciences, education, humanities, or related fields in process.
